From the time you receive your order, you have a 90-day open purchase period. To make use of the open purchase, the following applies:

The product must not be used, and the product's packaging must not be opened or damaged. If the packaging is opened, the open purchase does not apply, but rather the right of withdrawal.

In the case of a canceled purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping. You decide how to send back the product yourself. You can send the return as a regular letter with stamps, or you can send it with tracking. If you want to send the return with tracking, you must send it via PostNord as we only collect parcels from PostNord agents. If you need assistance on how to return the item, we recommend that you visit your local post office. 

You are welcome to include the invoice that was emailed to you in the return. If you are unable to print the invoice, include a note with your order number. Then send the return to:

Once we have received and processed the return, we will credit your order. All returns are usually processed within 10 working days from when we receive the return. You will receive an email as soon as we have processed your return. If you have chosen Walley as a payment method, they will handle the crediting process. This takes 2-5 working days. If you paid with Swish, you will be refunded via Swish within one day of the return being approved.

NOTE:
If the return is not postmarked, we will charge a fee of 90 SEK for our and PostNord's expenses. To be able to cancel your purchase, the product must not show any signs of use. If the product comes in a sealed package, the seal must not be broken. SkalHuset reserves the right to charge for any decrease in value and deduct it from the return amount. We also reserve the right to not accept used products for return.
