1. General

1.1

These general terms and conditions ("the terms") apply when you as a customer ("you") place an order via www.phoneiverse.com, and associated pages ("the website"). Agreement is concluded between you and Lowwi AB, organization number 556881-9238 ("Phoneiverse"). Other information about Phoneiverse and contact details can be found on the website.

1.2

Phoneiverse does not, according to Swedish law, approve credit purchases for people under 18 years of age. To be able to order on the website, you must be 18 years of age. Phoneiverse reserves the right in individual cases to refuse or change your order (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal data and/or have payment objections).

1.3

Phoneiverse reserves the right for final sales and any image and writing errors on the website, for example errors in technical specifications, incorrect prices and price adjustments or incorrect stock balance. SkalHuset reserves the right to correct and update incorrect information at any time.

1.4

The website and all content on the website are owned by Phoneiverse or its licensors. Through, among other things, intellectual property and market laws, the information is protected. Product names, trademarks, images, company names, graphics, design, layout as well as information about services, goods and other content may not be copied or used without Phoneiverse's written approval.

2. Order and agreement

2.1

When you make a purchase, you agree to our terms of purchase and our privacy policy You thereby agree that you as a customer have read the information about personal data and consented to the use of personal data and cookies, according to Phoneiverse's privacy policy.

2.2

A purchase agreement is only entered into when Phoneiverse has confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation from Phoneiverse via e-mail. Phoneiverse recommends that you save the order confirmation for possible contact with our customer service.

2.3

It is very important that you check your order before completing the purchase. After the purchase has been completed, we cannot make any changes to the order, neither to the address nor to the products ordered. If you want to add something to your order, please place a new order.

If you ordered the wrong product or want to cancel your purchase, return the order when you receive it. Information on returns can be found under point 5.2.

2.4

​After completing the order, we may contact you via email and ask you to review the products in your purchase.

If you do not wish to be contacted regarding this, please contact our customer service, and we can remove your email address from our list for these mailings.

2.5

After completing the order, we may send out information emails regarding products and offers.

2.6

Discount codes do not apply to certain products.

2.7

If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters, there is a link titled "No longer want to receive these emails? Unsubscribe.", at the bottom of our newsletters, which you can click to unsubscribe. You just need to enter the link, click Unsubscribe and follow the instructions.

3. Payment, prices and fees

3.1

At Phoneiverse, we offer safe and secure payment by card or Apple Pay via Nets. All prices on the website are shown in Euro including VAT.

If you choose to pay by card, only the amount is reserved. The amount is not deducted until your order has been sent and you have received the delivery note.

There are no additional fees when choosing card as payment method.

We do not store your card information. Card information is stored by Nets.

Card payments handled by Nets are PCI-DSS certified.

All payment methods require identification via 3D Secure.

3D Secure means that, in addition to their card details, the customer must also verify in an additional way to complete the payment, for example with a password, Bank ID or digipass.

3.2

When you choose a shipping method, you pay for the selected service, not for your shipment to arrive at a certain time. Events outside of our and the carrier's control may occur, which may affect delivery time, such as weather and technical issues.

Available shipping methods are;

Deutsche Post tracable letter: Sent by Deutsche Post directly to your mailbox. Private persons only.

Please note that shipments with trackable shipping can NOT be sent to a box address.

Phoneiverse reserves the right to change the shipping method for both our and the customer's safety. Note that we never switch to a cheaper shipping method than you have chosen yourself.

3.3

For unclaimed/undelivered parcels sent directly to the home, to an agent or parcel locker, we charge the customer a shipping and handling fee.

Private person fee: 15 €

Business fee: 25 €

It is very important that the address information entered is correct. In the event of incorrect address information (for example, the wrong postal code), an extra fee is added by the shipping companies. We reserve the right to charge you as a customer this cost.

4. Delivery

4.1

The delivery time may vary depending on the product you purchased. Estimated delivery time is indicated at checkout, based on the delivery time we receive from the respective forwarder and varies depending on the shipping method selected.

Please note that deviations may occur that are beyond Phoneiverse's control, which may affect the delivery time.

4.2

If you have a shipment to be collected from an agent, you must do so within the time specified in the notification. Normally, packages must be picked up in person with valid identification along with shipment ID. You will receive a notification showing where and when packages can be collected. Notification can take place via e-mail, SMS or regular mail.

4.3

Below are the stop times for each forwarder.

5. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

5.1

In accordance with the distance agreement, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. If you want to cancel your purchase, you notify us via email to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to return the product, from the time you notified us of this.

5.2

The item must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Make sure your return is labeled with your order number and is well packaged so it doesn't break during transit. As a customer, you are responsible for the goods reaching us and that the goods are then in good condition. We recommend that you send your return trackable. If you sent the delivery note in your return, this facilitates the handling of the return. All returns are normally processed within 15 working days of our receipt of the return.

SkalHuset reserves the right to charge a fee for any reduction in value and deduct it from the return amount. We also reserve the right not to accept used products in return.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your message that you have canceled the purchase. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item back from you.

5.3
Products not covered by the right of withdrawal:

1) Items with broken seal.

2) Items that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons (for example, in-ear headphones).

3) Items ordered according to special requests. For example, non-stock items that have been ordered home specifically according to the customer's wishes.

5.4

Open purchase is valid within 90 days from when you receive the delivery. To be able to use open purchase, the product must not be used and the packaging must not be opened or damaged. The original packaging must always be sent with it. If the product is used or the packaging is broken, open purchase does not apply, then the right of withdrawal applies instead.

You send the product back together with your order number. The shipment should be well packed so that the product does not break during transport. We recommend that you return the product with tracking.

Refunds are made via the payment method chosen when the order was placed.

5.5

Please note that right of withdrawal and open purchase do not apply to companies, municipalities or county councils.

Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event of a return.

6. Exchange of product

6.1

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product or wish to change to another product, you do this by ordering the desired product and then returning the product you want to return to us.

Your new order will be delivered to you within the expected delivery time specified at checkout and your return will be processed within 15 working days of us receiving the item. When your return has been processed, you will receive an email from us and we will credit you for what you returned. Refunds are made via the payment method you selected when the purchase was made.

Unreturned product

If you as a customer are to send back a product due to a complaint, wrongly sent product, damaged product or the like, and you do not do this, we will invoice you for the cost of the product and an administrative cost of 20 €.

7. Complaints and warranty

7.1

Most complaints can be made via email, we therefore ask you NOT to return the product before you have been in contact with our customer service. Instructions on how to make a complaint can be found in our help center: https://help.phoneiverse.com/en/

7.2

We comply with the Consumer Purchase Act regarding the 3-year right of complaint. In order for you to be able to make a complaint, it is necessary that the error was present from the beginning. So you must not have caused the error yourself. In order make a complaint due to a factory defect, you must contact us within a reasonable time, i.e. within two months of receiving the product.

All items are sent checked. If, contrary to expectations, there should be a fault with an item, the customer has the right to have the item repaired or replaced with a new one according to the Consumer Purchase Act. If the product is already defective upon delivery, please contact us within three days of receiving your order, and we will replace the product immediately.

Damages caused by incorrect use or assembly cannot be claimed. This applies to, for example, incorrectly fitted screen protectors as this type of product requires accuracy to function optimally.

7.3

All products come with a minimum 6-month warranty.

8. Information for business customers

It is currently not possible to order as a business customer.
8.1

Companies can order with an invoice directly at the checkout via Nets. To shop as a business, click "I shop as: Private  Change" at the top of the checkout, then follow the instructions. To shop as a municipality or county council, click on "Municipalities and county council - If you shop for a municipality or county council, click here." under point 4 "Complete your purchase" at checkout.

8.2

If there are too few products in stock or if you want to buy a product we don't have on the website, you can always get in touch and we will help you as best we can. Send an email to [email protected] and we will get back to you.

10. Force Majeure

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond the seller's control, such as general labor disputes, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, changed government regulations, technical problems, errors in electricity/telecommunications/data connections or other communications, and errors or delays in services from a subcontractor due to circumstances specified herein. These circumstances shall constitute a basis for exemption which entails exemption from damages and other penalties.

Any dispute must be resolved by the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
