Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus

The Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus will be released in Sweden on the 28th of April. This is Samsung's coolest phone so far and perhaps the absolute best mobile phone you can find on the market in 2017. With the S8+, we find an AMOLED screen of a whopping 6.2 inches, and with its new design that Samsung calls "Infinity", we get a front with an 84% screen-to-body ratio. "Infinity" means that Samsung removes the edge on the long sides of the phone, allowing the screen to spread out instead. Furthermore, they have also removed the button below the screen, making these edges extremely thin, which allows the screen to occupy the entire 84% of the front. On the outside of the phone, there is a dedicated button on one side to start the assistant Bixby, a rear camera, a front camera, and a fingerprint reader that we find at the back next to the camera.

On the inside, there is a processor running with eight cores, 64GB storage with the possibility to expand via a memory card slot, 4GB of RAM, and Android 7.0 at launch. The battery is 3500mAh and everything is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, and the phone is also IP68 rated.

The phone can be docked in Samsung's DeX, turning your mobile into a computer that can be operated on a screen with a mouse and keyboard, and of course, the phone is compatible with Samsung Pay, which already works in most stores in Sweden!

The phone will be launched in four colors: black, gray, silver, and gold. Samsung has also ditched the micro USB connector and replaced it with USB Type-C.
