Hama 7020 is designed to accompany you through both intense training sessions and a structured everyday life. The built-in GPS feature supports multiple satellite systems, which means route tracking works entirely without a connected smartphone. On the 1.32" large AMOLED touchscreen, messages, apps and notifications from services like WhatsApp and email are displayed in clear, vivid colors.

Thanks to the built-in phone function, you can both answer and make calls directly from the watch. Compatibility with voice assistants such as Siri and Google Assistant makes it possible to manage calls and messages completely hands-free. For water activities such as swimming, the watch is well suited — water resistance is certified to IP68 and 3 ATM.

With as many as 110 sport modes to choose from, the watch delivers tailored analyses and precise distance tracking for each activity. Training measurements are detailed and include, among other things, VO2max, heart rate variability and recommended recovery time. Continuous health monitoring of heart rate, SpO2, steps and calories provides a comprehensive view of your fitness and well-being.

The sleep analysis records light sleep, deep sleep and REM phases, and presents the result as a score for easy evaluation of sleep quality. Music playback via your smartphone — including Spotify — is easily controlled directly from the wrist. The watch's functions are further expanded by the app Hama FIT Move, which is quality-assured in Germany.

The battery lasts up to 8 days per charge, and a full charging cycle takes only 2.5 hours - so the watch is always ready when you need it.
