This display glass is built of optical glass that is chemically hardened at the molecular level. On the inside there is a reinforcing PET film with self-adhesive silicone, and on the outside there is an oil-repellent treatment that reduces fingerprints.
As a glass protector it is made to help prevent scratches and absorb shocks and impacts. The material is also described as resistant to vibrations, severe temperature drops, moisture and chemical exposure.
Installation is done with silicone adhesive: clean the screen thoroughly, place the mobile glass correctly and press from the middle out toward the edges with a soft cloth. Any air bubbles usually disappear by themselves within 48 hours.
